Our turkeys are reared with the highest welfare standards and are truly free-range on the surrounding grassland. They are slow-growing, finished at 25 weeks of age, compared to the usual intensive bird at 9-14 weeks, making for a full flavoured meat with a succulent tenderness and a wonderful gravy!
The turkeys are fed on cereals with natural proteins and no growth promoters, drugs or routine antibiotic additives. They are dry plucked by hand on the farm premises and hang before processing.
Your fresh free-range Norfolk turkey can be collected from the farm gate on 23rd or 24th December.
