Bavette steak, also known as beef skirt. Cook very hot and fast (e.g. on a griddle or frying pan), then be sure to rest it (5-10 mins) and cut across the grain into thin strips. Great marinated overnight and then seared on the BBQ.
Usually sold frozen.
